Madhucon Projects Board to consider dividend

Madhucon Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, to consider and approve the draft Annual Report Account and Balance Sheet for year ended March 31, 2007 of the Company and the proposals of recommendation of the Board regarding dividend for the year 2006-2007.
