Indusind Bank Ltd allots 98216 Equity Shares under Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 98,216 (Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each on August 10, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their Options under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
