Falcon Tyres Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2007, has appointed Mr. Pawan Kumar Ruia as Executive Chairman (Whole Time Director) of the Company for a period of three year with effect from April 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. A Sadasivam was appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from February 01, 2006 to December 31, 2009, on remuneration, terms & conditions, up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The Remuneration Committee Meeting held on June 26, 2007, recommended a payment of enhanced remuneration which was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 27, 2007.
