Indiabulls Real Estate Board to consider interim dividend

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record, unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, and to consider an interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2007-08.
