Ahluwalia Contracts Board to consider stock split

Ahluwalia Contracts India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve sub-division of shares, subject to approval of the shareholders.
