Nestle India to announce Q2 result on Jul 31, 2007

Nestle India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The Board of Directors shall also consider the appointment of Mr. Pradip Baijal as a Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company, at the Board Meeting on July 31, 2007.
