Sunil Hitech Board decides to allot 3800000 warrants

Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2007, has decided to allot 3800000 warrants, to be converted in to equity shares according to the guidelines issue by SEBI, to promoters and non-promoters subject to the approval of the general body at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on August 14, 2007.
