R Systems International Ltd IPO opens

The Initial Public Offering of R Systems International Ltd opened for subscription today. The company is coming out with 44,08,355 Equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.210 to Rs.250 aggregating Rs.110 crores. The issue closes on March 31, 2006.
