Intense Technologies Ltd allots 8 lakhs shares

The Board of Directors of Intense Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on June 27, 2015, has allotted 8,00,000 (Eight Lakhs) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each under Intense Employee Stock Option Plan Scheme B 2009. The paid up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased from Rs. 3,85,60,764/- consisting of 1,92,80,382 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4,01,60,764/- consisting of 2,00,80,382 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
