Nidhi Granites Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:

1. Auditors accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to declare dividend if any, for the said year.

2. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
