Jolly Board Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 10, 2007 to August 17, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend and 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 17, 2007.
