MIC Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following items:

1. To Consider the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To Consider the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

3. To Recommend Dividend.
