Megasoft Ltd surrenders 7.29 acres land to Telangana Government

Megasoft Ltd has received the title and completed the registration formalities on May 23, 2015 for lands situated at Madhapur (0.75 acres) and Nanakramaguda, Hyderabad (acquired through amalgamation of VisualSoft Technologies Limited in 2006) allotted by TSIIC (previously APMC). Out of 15.61 acres originally allotted at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, as per the directions of Government of Telangana the Company surrendered an area of 7.29 acres and retained the balance land.

Shares of MEGASOFT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4.48 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.59. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12440 in over 32 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.5 and intraday low of 4.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 53734.
