Petronet LNG Ltd has announced the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
The Company has posted a profit after taxes of Rs.1080.28 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.560.84 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income is Rs 15626.06 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.10243.69 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The company reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.1.44 in Q1 2007-2008 compared to Rs.0.75 during the same quarter last year.
The Company had entered into a term contract for sourcing 1.25 MMT of LNG with RasGas, Qatar on July 03, 2007.
The stock closed the day at Rs.61.65, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.55 and low of Rs.61.30. The total traded quantity was 2776595 compared to 2 week average of 1747473.
