Subros Board to consider stock split & dividend

Subros Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board also proposes to consider split of shares of the Company in this meeting.
