Marico Board to consider first interim dividend

Marico Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider declaration of First Interim Dividend for the financial year 2007-08.

The company has fixed July 31, 2007 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of first interim dividend. The Date of Payment for the first interim dividend is August 13, 2007.
