Indusind Bank opens its 11th Branch in Rajasthan at Nasirabad

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that on July 16, 2007 the Bank has inaugurated its 11th branch in Rajasthan at Nasirabad. Mr. Govind Singh Gujar M.L.A. was the Chief Guest and Mr. B P Rathi, prominent dealer in Automobile (Ashok Leyland) also graced the occasion.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Ravi Harjai, Vice President - Liability and Transaction Banking, of the Bank, said "Rajasthan is one of the most sought-after destinations, both for tourism world-wide and for business investment in India. With the opening of a new branch in Nasirabad, a cantonment region, we will now be in a position to offer high-quality products and services to the residents of the region. This will be our 11th branch in the state of Rajasthan which is one of our key states for network expansion. Shortly, we will be opening a branch in Nagaur as well. IndusInd Bank today is one of the most preferred banks in the country for its customer-centric service and its innovative products."

Apart from Sumerpur, the Bank has branches in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Bhilwara, Shalipura, Sumerpur and Jhunjhunu.

The stock closed the day at Rs.56.05, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.40 and low of Rs.55.50. The total traded quantity was 1147911 compared to 2 week average of 562511.
