Ganesh Benzoplast reduces capital

Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has announced that High Court, Bombay has passed the order on June 15, 2006 for reduction in share capital from paid up of Rs 10/- to Rs 1/- paid up. A copy of the High Court Order has already been submitted to ROC.
