Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd allots 23800000 Equity Shares

At the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on March 19, 2015 Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has allotted 2,38,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Bhadra Consultancy Private Limited in compliance to the Order dated December 06, 2012 of Hon'ble BIFR. These shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares.
