Unichem Laboratories Ltd appoints additional director

The Board of Directors of Unichem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on March 21, 2015, has approved the appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) B. Kinnera Murthy as an additional director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board approved the allotment of 14275 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.

Shares of UNICHEM LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.191.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 187.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7557 in over 662 trades.
