PHIL Corporation Ltd Changes Name as Kore Foods Limited

Pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of PHIL Corporation Ltd at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 21, 2014 for change of the Name which is approved by the Registrar of Companies, Goa Vide its fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 16, 2015, the name of the Company has been changed from "PHIL CORPORATION LIMITED" to "Kore Foods Limited".

Shares of PHIL CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2.82 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.69. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2301 in over 25 trades.
