ONGC Board to consider Second Interim Dividend for 2014-15

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2015, to consider payment of 2nd Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.

The Company has fixed March 25, 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of 2nd Interim Dividend.

Payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, shall start from March 26, 2015 onwards to the Shareholders.

Shares of OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.315.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 325.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 633896 in over 18236 trades.
