Orient Bell Ltd approves allotment of 100800 shares

The Compensation Committee of Orient Bell Ltd has, in its meeting held on February 13, 2015 approved the further allotment of 1,00,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the company under the 'Orient Bell Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013' ('ESOP Scheme') to the employees upon exercising of equal number of options granted and vested with them under the said scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stand increased to Rs. 13,81,55,510 divided into 1,38,15,551 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of ORIENT BELL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.98.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4968 in over 180 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 101.5 and intraday low of 98.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 494931.
