Bala Techno Global Ltd approves preferential issue of 478000 shares

The Board of Directors of Bala Techno Global Ltd at its meeting held on February 11, 2015 has decided not to proceed the proposal for issue of 478000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to promoters on preferential basis.
