Sadbhav Engineering Board to consider increase in FII limit

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 09, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To enhance the Investment limit of Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) from 24% to 49% of the paid up capital of the Company.

2. Finalisation of the EGM date and the notice to be sent to the shareholders to seek their approval for the aforesaid increase in FII Limit.
