Ansal API launches Aquapolis in Ghaziabad

Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd on July 5 unveiled its one-of-its kind project in Ghaziabad called the Aquapolis. Spread over 175 acres of land, the project is expected to be completed in the next 2-3 yrs. Aqua connote water and polis means an ancient Greek city-state. The same meaning is tried to bring live in this project with water bodies and swimming pools across the township.

Other facilities will include swimming pools, banquets, halls, gyms, clubs, hospitals, and institutions. Various features will make Aquapolis stand out like the up market Community Style living to facilitate movement of children and adults alike, underground parking and auto space only on the periphery of the township allowing vehicle movement through interconnected underpass. Additional facilities will include sufficient power back up for residential and essential services, wi-fi connectivity, underground L.T. distribution network and the like.

The prices will vary from Rs. 2400 Sq Ft. - Rs.4000 Sq. Ft depending on Ac / Non Ac. The township will have apartments. There will be multiple towers with more than 1000 flats. The flats will have 2/3/4 bedrooms along with simplex and duplexes.

The most striking feature of this project is the location amidst sparkling water bodies and landscaped greenery. Designed by the world-renowned architect, Chlesea West, New York, the emphasis is on large open areas for independent and comfortable living.
