RM Mohite Board recommends 10% dividend

RM Mohite Textiles Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend at 10% for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
