8K Miles Software Services Ltd approves conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of 8K Miles Software Services Ltd at its meeting held on January 28, 2015, has approved the allotment of 2,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Mrs. Sarojini Tandon, out of conversion of warrants.

The Board approved the proposal to Conduct a Postal Ballot for seeking necessary approvals of the share holders of the Company required under Section 180(1)(a); 181(1)(c) and 186(3) of the Companies Act 2013 and seeking ratification from the shareholders of the Company as directed by NSE/BSE in connection with the preferential allotment of warrants made by the Company.

Shares of 8K MILES SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.691.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 699.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22530 in over 2590 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 720 and intraday low of 687.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15843094.
