MMTC Board recommends 50% final dividend

MMTC Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend @ 50% on the paid up equity capital of the Company (including 25% Interim Dividend paid in March 2007) for the Financial Year 2006-07.
