Bihar Tubes to allot warrants

Bihar Tubes Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2007, to allot, pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members of the Company 31,75,000 warrants on preferential basis to the entities belonging to the promoter group and other Strategic Investors.
