Gayatri Projects - Updates on Launch of ZCCBs

With reference to announcement dated June 29, 2007 regarding "Gayatri Projects announces the Launch of JPY 3,075 million ZCCBs", Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the amount represented by the Bonds has been revised to JPY 3,080 million. The other terms of the Bonds remain the same as set out in the announcement.

The stock closed the day at Rs.308.90, up by Rs.5.10 or 1.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.312.40 and low of Rs.305. The total traded quantity was 176893 compared to 2 week average of 258918.
