On November 26, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 20,900 (Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,02,46,582/-divided into 35,51,23,291 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
