Electrosteel Steels Ltd allots 22.25 crores equity shares

Pursuant to Corporate Debt Restructuring Package, preferential allotment of 22.25 crores equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up to Electrosteel Castings Limited, Promoter Company, has been listed and admitted for dealings on both the Stock Exchanges i.e. National Stock Exchange Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited from October 28, 2014.

Shares of ELECTROSTEEL STEELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5.28 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 87837 in over 257 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5.32 and intraday low of 5.12. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 456874.
