Kemrock Industries allots 1125000 shares to RPM International at Rs.185

Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2006, has allotted 11,25,000 Equity Shares to RPM International Inc., USA for a consideration at Rs 185/- per share (inclusive a premium of Rs 175/- per share) in accordance with the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2006 and in concurrence with applicable regulations.
