Color Chips India Ltd Changes Name as Sphere Global Services Limited

The Registrar of Companies (ROC), India & the shareholders have approved the new name of Color Chips (India) Ltd as "Sphere Global Services Limited".

The company name change is a bold step forward to make the company a truly global corporation, in which its corporate value can be enhanced with united efforts by all the employees focused on Global brand worldwide.
