Jindal Saw Ltd to consider preferential issue on Oct 10, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Jindal Saw Ltd will be held on October 10, 2014, to consider the issuance of securities convertible into equity shares of the Company on preferential basis to the Promoters / Promoters Group entitles.

The Company has also submitted a copy of closing of Trading Window under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
