Jupiter Infomedia Ltd allots Shares pursuant to Bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd at its meeting held on October 01, 2014, allotted 50,10,000 bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- for every one paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholder on the record date pursuant to the bonus issue.
