Polygenta Technologies Ltd allots CCPS

The Board of Directors of Polygenta Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on September 30, 2014, the Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each were allotted at a premium of Rs. 37/- per CCPS.

Ventureast Life Fund III has been allotted 13,25,000 CCPS. This allotment was made in pursuance of the resolution passed by the Shareholders through Postal Ballot, the result of which was declared on September 19, 2014 and subsequent in principle approval of the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited vide their letter dated September 29, 2014.
