PNB to raise Rs. 1000 Crore Capital by Bank through Tier-II, Basel III compliant bonds

Punjab National Bank is raising Rs. 1000 Crore Tier-ll (Basel III compliant) Capital Bonds at an annual coupon rate of 9.25% on Private placement basis.

Shares of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.881.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 887.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93730 in over 5650 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 887.9 and intraday low of 870.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82456637.
