Pursuant to approval of Members of PAE Ltd at 64th Annual General Meeting, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution passed on September 26, 2014 has allotted 9,00,000 11% optionally, Convertible, Cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the allottees.
