Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 6520000 Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of warrants

On September 23, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 65,20,000 (Sixty Five Lacs and Twenty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,02,04,782/- divided into 35,51,02,391 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
