Riga Sugar Company Ltd to issue warrants

The Shareholders of Riga Sugar Company Ltd in the Annual General Meeting held on September 11, 2014 have passed the Special Resolution for issue of equity share warrants to the promoters group and to others on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Accordingly a meeting of Committee for Issue of Share / Warrants has been convened on September 25, 2014 to allot Convertible Equity Share Warrants.
