The Board of Directors of Maxwell Industries Ltd at its meeting held on August 13, 2014, has approved the Redemption of 1st trench of 3,94,984 - 5% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each along with the dividend, which was due on January 01, 2014.
