The Board of Directors of Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, have approved allotment of 8,06,275 (Eight lakhs Six Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a subscription price of Rs. 21.80/- Equity Shares (inclusive premium of Rs. 11.80/- per Equity Shares) in pursuance of resolution for preferential issue passed by the members at the General Meeting held on June 25, 2014.
