Excel Industries Ltd appoints additional directors

The Board of Directors of Excel Industries Ltd at its held on August 08, 2014, has appointed Mr. Shailesh S Vaidya and Mr. Rajeev M Pandia as additional directors with effect from August 08, 2014.

Mr. Ravi A Shroff has been appointed as additional director with effect from September 03, 2014.

The Board of directors has resolved to convene the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 26, 2014 at 3.00 p.m. at Rama Watumull Auditorium, Kishinchand Chellaram College, Dinshaw Wacha Road, Churchgate, Mumbai-400 020.
