Mediaone Global to allot 230000 shares to Shri. Pathee Investments

Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. 230000 equity shares were allotted to M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.

2. As per Clause 3(i) of the Open Offer made by M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd, M/s. Shri. Pathee Investments Pvt Ltd, will join with the present promoter and they will be included under the Promoter Group of the Company.
