Ind-swift Ltd to consider financial results, preferential issue on August 12, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ind-Swift Ltd will be held on August 12, 2014, to consider the un-audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014 and issue of shares on preferential basis to promoters against their contribution in terms of CDR package as sanctioned by the Corporate Debt Restructuring cell.
