Force Motors appoints MD

The Board of Directors of Force Motors Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Abhaykumar Firodia, present Chairman of the Company, as the Managing Director of the Company with designation as Chairman.

The Board of Directors also approved re-appointment of Mr. Prasan Firodia, as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. November 06, 2014.

Shares of FORCE MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.531.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 550.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75375 in over 3923 trades.
