Zuari Global Board to consider Rights Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Zuari Global Ltd will be held on July 30, 2014, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and shall also consider matters related to raising of funds through issue of equity shares on rights basis to the shareholders of the Company including matters related / incidental thereto to the rights issue.
