Euro Finmart Ltd to consider allotment of 23 lakh warrants on July 31, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Euro Finmart Ltd will be held on July 31, 2014, to consider and take on record the proposal to allot 23,00,000 convertible warrants on Preferential Allotment basis through Resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 62 and other applicable provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.
